New additions to our team in Madrid and Lisbon to be closer to our customers

Today we are a little closer to our clients! We have just reinforced our team of account managers in two key cities, Madrid and Lisbon. From there, we will be able to make We are testers’ research more accessible to all types of organisations to make data-driven decisions more easily.

Our Madrid office expands with two new additions:

• Cristina Segura arrives to lead the development of our UX research solutions portfolio. Cristina has over a decade of experience in user research consulting and has helped leading companies improve their UX on websites and digital apps.
• Adriana Guillén also joins the Madrid team to be an essential partner to our market research and CX clients. She joins the team after working in marketing teams at international companies including HSBC.

Cristina and Adriana will strengthen We are testers’ presence in Madrid, and from there they will be closer to many clients across Spain.

Our new team of account managers is completed with Susana Correia, a recognised professional in the market research industry after working for leading companies in Portugal. Among them, Marktest and Kantar, where she was Sales Director for the Portuguese market before continuing her research career in Africa.

The addition of new account managers comes shortly after the arrival of expert market researchers such as Arantza Magunagoitia and Marta García. With them, we have now a stronger team to help our clients managing all types of research projects and statistical analysis.

Thanks to these new additions, we are now better prepared to help more companies to access all the market research and UX research they need with the highest quality and in the most efficient way.
